Selecting the Wood: We source select woods from a trusted mill shop. These arrive as raw boards, carefully chosen for their quality and grain.
Marking the Outline
Tracing the Outline: The outline of the Ouija board game and the Ouija board planchette is traced onto the blank wooden board with precision.
Shaping the Board
Cutting the Wood: Excess wood is expertly cut away using an industrial bandsaw, shaping the board to its initial form.
Securing the Template
Affixing the Template: We then affix a template of the desired Custom Wooden Ouija Board and planchette design onto the blank wooden board using double-sided tape, ensuring accuracy in the next steps.
Crafting with Precision
Routing the Board: The board and template are placed on a router table, where the design begins to take shape through precise routing.

Refining the Finish
Final Sanding: After engraving, the board is lightly re-sanded, and all edges are smoothed to remove any burn marks from the laser.

Applying Oil: We apply premium oil to the finished wooden Ouija board, which preserves the wood and enhances its natural grain, giving it a rich and polished look.
Final Touches
Drying and Polishing: Once the oil dries, we apply a coat of beeswax and polish it with a clean cloth, providing a beautiful, lasting finish.
Preparing for Shipment
Packaging for Shipping: Finally, the Ouija board and planchette are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box, ready to be shipped to your doorstep.
